Summary

The plenary forum closing the 3rd edition brought together the day's four speakers. The central dispute was the choice between a single-vector security policy based on the United States (Fort Trump, the permanent stationing of heavy brigades facing the Brest Gate and the Suwałki Gap) and a multi-vector policy making use of Poland's position on the New Silk Road. The discussion also covered the condition of NATO and cracks within the Alliance (Turkey's purchase of the S-400), the state of civil defence, the absence of a heavy division between the Bug and the Vistula, the Digital Silk Road and 5G, the defence industry, a European army, maritime security and strategy towards Asia. The moderator is not introduced in the recording.
