Data-driven communication strategist

Igor Miasnikow

I am a Warsaw-based data-driven communication strategist. Since September 2025 I have led the New European Strategies Foundation as President of the Board, and since 2018 I have worked where data meets communication: from fund data analysis at Refinitiv / London Stock Exchange Group to data-driven PR at Linkleaders, awarded the Golden Paperclip 2023.

01Profile

An analyst by training, a strategist by choice

In companies, data usually stops at the dashboard. It has to be measured, but above all it has to be interpreted and put to use before competitors spot the same opportunity. My work is to close that gap: from the raw number, through a message that changes a decision, to the design of an ecosystem that puts change into practice.

I built my quantitative skills in the financial markets. At Refinitiv / London Stock Exchange Group I spent more than two and a half years verifying investment fund data from six markets, from Brazil to Spain, for institutional clients. I carried that rigour over into evidence-based communication: at Linkleaders I translated research data into press materials and into the communications of a listed company's management board, and the Pracuj.pl campaign “9 weeks of change, 9 million people reached”, on which I worked as part of the team, won the Golden Paperclip (Złoty Spinacz) 2023 in the Media Relations category.

In parallel, I built my own projects. From 2015 I ran the Historyczny Ambasador blog, and on that foundation I created, end to end, four editions of “Geopolityczna Gra Mocarstw”, the Geopolitical Game of Great Powers conference: from concept and promotion to the coordination of more than 50 speakers and more than 25 partners, with a reach of more than 75,000 views on YouTube. I organised guest lectures, including one by Dr Jacek Bartosiak at the University of Gdańsk on 25 January 2019, interviewed politicians and military commanders, and in 2022 moderated the panel “Poland's Place in the Balance of Power” with Antoni Macierewicz and Dr Józef Orzeł.

Since September 2025 I have led the New European Strategies foundation. I built it as a think tank with its own operating system: a CRM with more than 25,500 contacts, processes, a partnership model and formats for expert meetings. Since February 2026 I have also been building digital products: EuroChallenge Quiz, an adaptive knowledge platform, and Merydian, a working environment for knowledge-based organisations.
