Political scientist, sinologist and diplomat specialising in the politics of China and Asia. From 2001 to 2003 he headed the cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, then served as ambassador in Bangkok with accreditation to the Philippines and Myanmar, and later became a professor and Director of the Centre for Europe at the University of Warsaw. An interview with him in December 2016 (probably in the circle of the European Academy of Diplomacy – not confirmed) served in the master's thesis as a source for describing China's development model.
