Position at the time
Introduced in the recording as director of the Cybersecurity Department of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister; he himself noted that he was appearing primarily as a representative of Fundacja Bezpieczna Cyberprzestrzeń, and that he had led the activities discussed earlier, as director of the department.

A specialist in national cybersecurity, associated with Microsoft for about a decade as director for the national security sector. In government administration he headed the Cybersecurity Department – first at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, then at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister – and took part in work on the Act on the National Cybersecurity System and on the cybersecurity cooperation programme. At GGM he spoke about security standards for cloud services used by public administration.
