An analyst and commentator specialising in energy policy, the security of raw-material supplies and its geopolitical dimension. He headed BiznesAlert.pl, a portal published by the Jagiellonian Institute and devoted to energy, infrastructure and security. At the 1st edition of GGM he spoke about the economic goals and tools of foreign policy; an interview with him from November 2018 served in Igor Miasnikow's master's thesis as the source of the argument about Russia's strategy of limiting competing raw-material supplies to Europe.
