An offshore wind specialist, graduate of the University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk University of Technology, involved from the start of his career in developing wind farms in Poland's exclusive economic zone in the Baltic. Co-author of the local-content concept for the offshore wind supply chain, participant in the work on the Offshore Wind Act of 17 December 2020 and co-initiator of the Polish Offshore Wind Sector Deal (15 September 2021). At GGM he spoke about the maritime spatial plan and the scale of new capacity in the Baltic.
