The debate opened with a diagnosis of the gas and energy price crisis of autumn 2021 (Kornel Koronowski), which had moved energy issues from expert circles into public debate and was driving inflation. Jakub Budzyński presented the development of offshore wind power in the Baltic against the backdrop of the maritime spatial plan in force since May 2021, the scale of the planned capacity and advances in turbine technology. The panelists discussed energy storage and the balancing of renewables; in the second part Przemysław Zaleski joined with the perspective of an investor in gas-fired power. Moderated by Maciej (Filip) Bukowski.
