Position, biography and appearances
Position at the time
President of the Management Board of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) (since December 2019); previously Government Plenipotentiary for the CPK (2017–2019), Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Infrastructure, Deputy Minister of State Treasury (2015–2017).

A lawyer and civil servant, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, previously associated with the Constitutional Tribunal, the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland (Prokuratoria Generalna) and the Institute of Justice. In 2017–2019, as Government Plenipotentiary, he prepared the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny project, and in 2019–2024 he headed the CPK company. At GGM he moderated the debate on infrastructure projects that would accelerate Poland's trade.
