Position at the time
Journalist, analyst and lawyer covering international affairs; author of the book “Nazywam się Kurdystan” [My Name Is Kurdistan] (2016); since October 2016 a PhD candidate at the Faculty of National Security of the War Studies University; contributor to Defence24.pl, “Do Rzeczy”, “Tygodnik Powszechny” and “Polska Zbrojna”, among others.

A lawyer, war reporter and analyst specialising in Middle Eastern affairs, particularly Kurdish issues, and author of reports from regions affected by armed conflict. Winner of the Kazimierz Dziewanowski Award of the Association of Polish Journalists (2017). At GGM in 2018 he took part in the panel on the Middle East as the key to the new international order.
