Head of the macroeconomics team at the Polish Economic Institute (2019–2022); assistant professor at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Economist specialising in fiscal policy and macroeconomics; assistant professor at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. From 2019 to 2022 he headed PIE's macroeconomics team, and from 2022 to 2024 he was Deputy Director of the Macroeconomic Policy Department at the Ministry of Finance. At GGM he criticised the design of the EU debt limit of 60% of GDP.
