Economist; graduate of macroeconomics at the Technical University of Berlin and a doctoral candidate at the University of Potsdam. Before becoming Chief Economist of the Ministry of Finance, he headed the strategy team of the Polish Economic Institute (PIE). At GGM, stressing that he was speaking in a personal capacity, he predicted a deeper revision of the EU fiscal rules within a decade.
