Attorney-at-law specialising in capital markets law, company law and the structuring of investment projects, with experience of IPOs in Warsaw, London, Hong Kong and Frankfurt. He was President of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), sat on the Board of Directors of AQUIS Exchange and chaired the supervisory boards of the Polish Power Exchange (Towarowa Giełda Energii) and BondSpot. At GGM he discussed the financing of companies through the capital market.
