Professor at Kozminski University; President of Deutsche Bank Polska from 2003 to 2019, then a member of DB's supervisory board; Secretary of State at the Ministry of Finance 1994–1996.

Economist and banker; from 1994 to 1996 First Deputy Minister of Finance, responsible among other things for the banking sector and ownership transformation, then First Vice-President of Pekao SA. Associated with Deutsche Bank since 1998, he headed its Polish arm for 16 years; Vice-President of the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. At GGM he discussed the role of banks in financing companies.
