Position at the time
2019: geopolitician, university teacher; founder and honorary president (spokesperson) of the Polish Geopolitical Society, editor-in-chief of the Geopolityka.net portal; in 2006–2010 international security analyst at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. 2021: university teacher at the Division of Defence Sciences of Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa, deputy director for teaching at the UJD Institute of Social Sciences and Security.

A political scientist, historian and geopolitician, graduate of the Jagiellonian University, the University of Silesia and the National Defence University; co-founder of the Polish Geopolitical Society (2008) and long-time editor-in-chief of “Przegląd Geopolityczny” (2009–2016). He worked at the Chancellery of President Lech Kaczyński and, by presidential appointment, sat on the Verification Commission for the Military Information Services (WSI). His books include “Geopolityka a bezpieczeństwo Polski” [Geopolitics and Poland's Security] and “Rosyjska geopolityka a wojna informacyjna” [Russian Geopolitics and Information Warfare]; at GGM he spoke about Russian intelligence analysis and information warfare.
